Safe Space

The edition “Safe Space” was produced on the occasion of the exhibition “Inner Skin” from Aparterre.

The artist created an environment amongst the elements in Aparterre, including clothing and accessories, using details such as wool threads, kraft paper, and site-specific intervention. The works occupied a place in the concept of an apartment-style store, among clothing and accessories.

By working with the outer layer, she penetrated the space to reach its depth, proposing not only an interpretation of her creation but also a reset of the audience’s perspective, delving deeper beyond the surface, towards a profound layer, an inner skin, which the garment actually represents.
